Send us your existing tech pack, approved samples, or product brief. We review specifications, advise on yarn and construction options, and clarify any details before quoting. If you are switching suppliers, we can work directly from your current samples.
Quotation 2–5 days
We provide a detailed quote covering unit price at your order volume, packaging options, and production timeline. Volume pricing applies — we confirm the right tier based on your seasonal quantities.
Sample 2–3 weeks
We produce a physical sample against your spec. For switching buyers, we match your existing product before bulk production begins. Sample cost is deductible from your first order.
Bulk production 4–6 weeks
Production runs on our Lonati machines in Istanbul. Quality control is carried out batch by batch — we inspect for consistency, color accuracy, and construction quality before packing.
Finishing, packaging & shipping 3–5 days worldwide
Socks are washed, ironed, paired, and packed to your specification — retail-ready or bulk. We ship express from Istanbul to your warehouse or distribution centre worldwide.
Repeat orders with approved specs: 4–6 weeks production, 3–5 days shipping. Once your spec is locked after the first run, reorders move directly to production — no sampling round needed.
