What's the minimum order quantity?
200 pairs, our standard OEM minimum. Larger volumes unlock lower per-pair pricing.
Is branding included in the price?
Yes. Logo and label branding, ironing, washing, packaging, and labeling are all included in your quoted price. No hidden fees.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, free of charge. You only cover shipping.
How long does production take?
About 30 days from first contact to delivery. A physical sample ships in under 2 weeks.
Can we have a no-show or a taller sock?
Ankle, mid-crew and crew are on this page, and we also knit no-show and knee-high on the same machine. Ask for the height you want in the quote and the sample comes in that length.
Can the cushioning be lighter or heavier?
Yes. The terry zones under the heel and forefoot can be denser for long distance or dropped for a thin racing sock. Tell us the feel you want, or send a sock you like, and we match it.
Can you supply certified yarn like OEKO-TEX, GOTS or REACH?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 yarn is available as an add-on. For GOTS, REACH or any other certification, tell us in the quote form and we’ll confirm what we can supply and what it does to the price and lead time.
Can I order branded socks as corporate gifts or promotional merch?
Yes. The 200-pair minimum suits employee onboarding kits, team and client gifts, and event giveaways. Your logo is knitted or embroidered in, and packaging can be branded too, so the socks work as a gift straight out of the box.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, door to door. Shipping and customs are quoted separately based on destination and order volume.
