How the Process Works — Step by Step
From first contact to delivery, here is exactly what happens when a new brand works with us:
Brief & consultation 2–5 days
You share your concept, sock type, target customer, and rough quantity. We ask the right questions and advise on material direction, construction, and MOQ structure. No spec sheet required at this stage.
Quotation 2–5 days
We prepare a detailed quote covering unit price at your MOQ, sample cost, packaging options, and estimated production timeline. Sample cost is deductible from your first bulk order.
Physical sample 2–3 weeks
We produce a physical sample based on your brief, brand assets, and agreed spec. You review it and confirm or request adjustments. Most projects go through one to two revision rounds before final approval.
Bulk production 4–6 weeks
Production runs on our Lonati machines in Istanbul. We keep you updated throughout. Every batch is inspected for quality, color consistency, and construction before packing.
Finishing, packaging & shipping 3–5 days worldwide
Socks are washed, ironed, paired, labeled, and packaged to your spec. From Istanbul, express shipping reaches destinations worldwide in 3–5 business days. We handle logistics coordination and advise on the best shipping method for your destination.
Typical first-order timeline: 8–12 weeks from brief to delivery, including sampling. Established brands with approved specs ordering bulk only: 4–6 weeks.

Our minimum for fully custom production is 1,000 pairs per size per design. Here is what that means in practice for your first order:

Our recommendation for most first-time brand launches: Start with 1 design in 2 sizes — 36–40 and 41–45 — covering the full adult size range with a single product. This keeps your initial investment lean, gives you a clean market test, and makes reordering simple. Once demand is validated, expand into additional colorways and sizes on your second order.
What to Have Ready Before You Contact Us
You do not need a finished tech pack to get started. The more detail you can share, the faster and more accurately we can quote. Here is what helps:
Product concept
What type of sock? What sport or lifestyle category? What feel and function — soft and premium, technical performance, minimal and clean?
Target customer & sales channel
Who is the end customer? Where will the product be sold — DTC, retail, wholesale, studio, club? This shapes material, packaging, and price structure.
Brand assets
Your logo file and brand color references — Pantone or HEX. If you do not have these yet, we can work from rough direction and refine during the sampling stage.
Quantity estimate
How many pairs for your first order? How many sizes and designs? This determines pricing tier and production timeline.
Packaging preference
Label, hang tag, sleeve card, retail box, or gift box? Packaging affects cost and lead time — we advise on the best option for your sales channel.
Target launch date
