Gören Socks is a sock manufacturer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We produce wholesale (B2B) socks for brands, wholesalers and retailers in Türkiye and abroad. Quality materials, clean knitting and production that matches each customer's exact requirements are at the heart of what we do.

For every customer we work with, we first develop a sample based on the requested specifications. Once you've inspected the sample and are happy with the quality, we move on to bulk production.

Delivery time

Once your payment is confirmed, your samples are prepared according to the specifications you shared. Preparation and dispatch usually take 2–5 business days. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. Delivery time depends on the destination country.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with a tracked courier. Shipping is included in the sample development fee and is covered by Gören Socks. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Sample development & right of withdrawal

Samples are developed specifically to the specifications provided by the customer. As they are custom-made to your requirements, they are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has started (in line with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation).

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once we confirm the issue, we will re-ship the item free of charge or refund you. Sharing a photo and your order details helps us resolve it faster.

Refunds

For approved refunds, the amount is returned to the card or account used for payment. Depending on your bank, this usually takes 7–14 business days and is processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure.

Payment security

Card payments are taken through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Your card details are never seen or stored by Gören Socks; they are processed directly by the licensed payment provider in line with current security standards.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (KVKK Art. 11), you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to exercise the other rights set out in the law. You can send your requests to info@gorensocks.com.

Article 1 — Parties

BUYER: The customer placing the order (details declared during the order).

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the service ordered electronically by the BUYER via www.gorensocks.com, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — Service & price

Article 4 — General provisions

• The BUYER confirms having read the essential characteristics of the service, its price and payment method, and having approved them electronically.
• Samples are developed custom to the specifications provided by the BUYER.
• Work begins once payment is confirmed, and the samples are shipped to the BUYER's address.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods/services prepared to the customer's personal specifications. As this service is produced to the BUYER's custom requirements, there is no right of withdrawal once production has begun. The BUYER's rights in the case of damaged or defective delivery are reserved.

Article 6 — Disputes

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

Article 7 — Entry into force

When the BUYER completes the payment, they are deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement, which enters into force on the date of electronic approval.
